From scattered logs to streamlined consolidation.
They had six systems for logging communication—and zero ways to connect them. I tackled a deeply fragmented communication infrastructure spanning DA logs, journals, internal notes, and more—each built in isolation.
By applying systems thinking and adaptive UX, I created a unified experience layer- a centralized communication platform that preserved unique workflows while eliminating silos and inefficiencies. I created clarity where there was chaos—without sacrificing the nuances that mattered.
