I redesigned two of eVero’s most complex admin tools—Case Management and Enrollment Management—by rethinking their structure from the ground up. turning bloated, form-heavy Outdated systems, excessive clicks, and unclear navigation were rebuilt to be lean, logical, and user-friendly. By restructuring forms and eliminating dead-end navigation, we cut task time, surfaced key data faster, and gave agency staff tools that finally worked the way they do.
