Cross-Functional Collaboration & Design Advocacy

As the sole product designer at eVero, I collaborated closely with multiple departments to integrate design thinking throughout the organization. My role extended beyond UI/UX—I became a design advocate, helping teams see the value of user-centered principles and consistent visual systems across every touchpoint.

I worked with the Data Science team to create user-centered dashboards using Bold BI. Despite its limitations, we developed functional dashboards that aligned with our design language.

We co-designed a budgeting tool that streamlined a cumbersome Excel process. The new interface simplifies budget tracking and spending analysis, making financial data more accessible and actionable for users.

I worked with the Education and Training team to reimagine their digital learning ecosystem to improve product learning. Together, we reworked their homescreen to surface the most relevant tools and updates, making it more intuitive and impactful to create higher user engagement and utility. In addition,

I helped reorganize key content on the training website to improve information architecture, redesigning navigation and content organization to create more intuitive pathways making critical resources easier to search, access, and use.

My collaboration with the Marketing team was a blend of storytelling, systems thinking, and design alignment. I brought product and user knowledge into their campaigns to help bridge the gap between internal features and external communication. I served as a creative and strategic partner ensuring our brand spoke the same design language across touchpoints, and that product communication was as thoughtful as the product itself.

Email Templates with Purpose
I redesigned email templates to align with our product’s visual language, ensuring that even transactional communications felt like a cohesive part of the eVero experience.


Visualizing Complexity Through Infographics
To help both internal and external stakeholders understand how eVero fits into the care ecosystem, I created comprehensive workflows and meaningful visuals to illustrate how different entities—agencies, brokers, FIs, and care providers—interact within and around our system. These became valuable tools for sales, onboarding, and training.
